Product Marketing Manager

About the role

telli is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to shape how customers discover and understand our AI‑driven voice agent platform. You will partner directly with the founder team to craft messaging, launch new features, and enable commercial teams across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain core product messaging, positioning, and value propositions.
• Lead go‑to‑market plans for new products and feature releases across multiple media and channels.
• Create sales enablement assets such as decks, documentation, and training materials.
• Gather and produce customer proof points, including written and video case studies, and manage their distribution.
• Own product content on the website, ensuring pages, ads, and collateral reflect current messaging.
• Conduct market intelligence to understand positioning, differentiation, and competitive landscape.

Required profile

• 3+ years of product marketing experience in a B2B environment, preferably within SaaS or AI‑focused companies.
• Proven ability to translate technical features into clear, compelling customer benefits.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams, especially founders, product, and sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with a data‑driven mindset.
