Product Merchandising Lead, Planning Market Central Europe (m/f/d)

About the role

As a Product Merchandising Lead you will be responsible for driving product merchandising execution across Central European sales markets, ensuring optimal stock levels, sales performance and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Market Commercial teams on stock and inventory topics to support strong commercial execution.
• Ensure transparency and share best practices across markets for product merchandising and commercial execution.
• Support price‑map adjustments, forecasting supply versus demand and provide corrective insights.
• Decide on final‑sale, clearance and special‑campaign articles and coordinate markdowns with Inventory Optimisation leads.
• Act as primary contact for allocation, replenishment and stock‑management between sales markets and warehouses.
• Monitor stock balances, set replenishment speeds, create back‑stock lists and produce regular stock‑status reports for commercial teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, economics or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in product merchandising, retail planning or commercial operations within retail, fashion or FMCG.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret sales, demand and stock data.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.

Required skills

• Experience with reporting and planning tools, preferably Business Intelligence (BI) systems.
