Product Specialist - France (AI x Greentech) (m/f/d)

About the role

Are you passionate about renewable energy and thrive in a fast‑paced, purpose‑driven environment? Reonic is looking for a Product Specialist for the French‑speaking market to help build a stable customer base and make a positive impact.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for B2B customers, including solar installers and utilities, in French‑speaking markets.
• Resolve technical issues from day one after contract signing and guide customers through questions about the system, solar, and heat‑pump technology.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to the development team to improve the software.
• Enhance daily customer experience via calls and support chat.
• Identify technical bottlenecks and collaborate with engineering to refine solutions.
• Plan and execute projects that drive Reonic’s growth and innovation.

Required profile

• Experience in B2B customer service or success with direct customer engagement.
• Technical background such as industrial engineering.
• Previous experience in a start‑up environment.
• Motivation to drive change in renewables and create positive impact.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in French and English.
