About the role

Join Excelitas Technologies in Regen as a Production employee, working on high‑precision optical components in a 3‑shift operation.

Key responsibilities

Process precision optical components on polishing machines.
Select tools and manufacturing parameters independently.
Inspect cleanliness and measure optics, participating in control loops and CIP teams.

Required profile

Completed training as a precision optician or technical vocational training in metalworking, precision optics or mechanical manufacturing.
Manual dexterity and clean, precise, structured work habits.
Strong commitment to quality, sense of responsibility, self‑motivation and flexibility.
Willingness to work rotating shifts.

Required skills

Basic knowledge of MS Office applications, especially MS Excel.
Manual dexterity for handling precision equipment.
