Production Operator – Manufacturing (Shift)

About the role

West Pharmaceutical Services is seeking a Production Operator to join its dedicated manufacturing team. You will contribute to the production of life‑saving injectable medicines while working in an inclusive environment that supports continuous learning and personal growth.

Key responsibilities

• Operate machines and equipment in production, ensuring compliance with specified specifications.
• Manufacture products according to work and production instructions.
• Monitor and control production parameters and document work results.
• Adhere to cleaning, occupational safety, ISO and GMP regulations.

Required profile

• Completed vocational training or several years of experience in a production environment.
• Experience in cleanroom environments is desirable.
• Strong understanding of quality standards and a meticulous work approach.
• Ability to handle stress, maintain concentration and work shifts.
