About the role

Our client, a renowned German footwear brand, is seeking an experienced Production Planner to optimise machine utilisation and order sequencing across its manufacturing sites. You will work on‑site in eastern Germany, coordinating closely with production, logistics and central supply‑chain teams.

Key responsibilities

Create and monitor production orders, adjusting schedules as needed.
Perform material availability checks and ensure seamless flow between interfaces.
Coordinate daily production programmes and plan compensation measures.
Analyse order fulfilment data and generate reports to drive process optimisation.

Required profile

Solid professional experience in production planning or control.
Solution‑oriented mindset with a high degree of independence.
Strong communication skills and initiative.
Fluent English.

Required skills

Proficient use of MS Office.
Advanced knowledge of SAP.
