Production Worker – Manufacturing Operations

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Production Worker to join our SurTec plant in Munich. You will support the manufacturing of chemical specialties for surface treatment, contributing to a safe and efficient production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate production facilities and equipment according to standard procedures.
• Perform simple maintenance tasks to keep machinery running smoothly.
• Assist in resolving quality issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and suggest independent ideas for process optimisation.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality guidelines.
• Represent other production areas or assist with warehouse and dispatch activities as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in chemical production is preferred.
• Physical ability to lift loads up to 25 kg.
• Team‑oriented attitude and willingness to collaborate.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Initial experience with an ERP system.
