Professional & Scientific Relations Manager – DACH Region

About the role

Join Procter & Gamble’s Professional & Scientific Relations (PSR) team within the Professional Oral Health division. As the PSR Manager for Germany, Austria and Switzerland, you will shape oral‑health outcomes by building relationships with dental professionals and driving education on Oral‑B and blend‑a‑dent/Kukident technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Cultivate partnerships with key opinion leaders, dental associations and academic institutions across the DACH region.
• Design and deliver scientific presentations, webinars and educational events for dental schools and professionals.
• Provide scientific training to the detailing force and support sales and marketing with claim discussions.
• Monitor scientific, regulatory and market developments and share insights with local teams.
• Own PSR resources, budgets, action plans and CRM systems.

Required profile

• Degree in Dentistry from a DACH university (other strong dental backgrounds may be considered).
• Early‑career experience (up to 3 years) as a dentist in a university or practice within the DACH region.
• Fluency in English and German; French is a strong advantage.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel up to 50 % of the time.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using digital tools such as CRM systems, social‑media platforms, AI and large language models.
