Program Manager – DeepTech Startup Accelerator

About the role

Impossible Founders is building Germany’s leading DeepTech startup factory. As a Program Manager you will design, run and continuously improve the incubator, accelerator and boot‑camp formats that help founders turn disruptive technologies into viable businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of deep‑tech founder programs, including planning, execution and post‑program analysis.
• Benchmark national and international initiatives, identify trends and translate them into concrete program enhancements.
• Conduct regular founder check‑ins, lead coaching sessions and manage mentor matching to ensure productive relationships.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with corporates, investors and experts to unlock pilots, customers and capital for startups.
• Organise high‑energy events, workshops and networking sessions that foster collaboration and deal flow.
• Track programme impact, prepare concise reports for management and funding bodies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in startup, innovation or deep‑tech support programmes, or close work with founders, researchers or technology teams.
• Hands‑on mentality with the ability to set up processes, test formats and iterate quickly.
• Comfortable navigating between structured planning and flexible execution.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
