Program Manager Education – Entrepreneurship & Tech

About the role

Join UnternehmerTUM Academy for Innovators as a Program Manager in the Education team. You will help shape and deliver high‑impact learning experiences that empower students, scientists, and professionals to turn entrepreneurial ideas into reality.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute educational programs, handling venues, catering, materials and comprehensive checklists.
• Manage participant communication, onboarding new cohorts, maintaining data, and serving as the primary contact.
• Maintain program documentation and administration using Notion, Slack, Google Drive, and calendar tools.
• Support budget administration, financial tracking, monthly reporting, forecasts and contract preparation for freelancers and trainers.
• Build and sustain relationships with external partners, coordinating schedules and deliverables.
• Explore and apply AI tools (e.g., Claude) to automate recurring workflows and improve scalability.
• Assist in preparing funding applications and project proposals, researching requirements and ensuring timely submission.

Required profile

• Completed degree in Business, Education Management, Social Sciences, Innovation or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in project or program management, preferably in education or non‑profit settings.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Notion.
• Proficiency with Slack.
• Proficiency with Google Drive.
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude or similar.
