Program Manager

About the role

Wolt is looking for a Program Manager to act as the right‑hand to the Head of Marketing Innovation. You will be the operational hub for a global marketing organization of 300+ experts, ensuring that strategy translates into execution across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain meeting structures and reporting flows to shift focus from status updates to decision‑making.
• Own the operating rhythm, including monthly all‑hands, leadership off‑sites, and clear agenda‑driven follow‑ups.
• Ensure teams adopt global playbooks and quality checks, bridging strategy and execution.
• Assist the Head of Marketing Innovation in hiring decisions and resource allocation as needs evolve.
• Transform complex data and project updates into concise one‑page briefs for executive stakeholders.
• Detect siloed work or process breakdowns and proactively build solutions.
• Lead people practices to foster a connected culture and long‑term career growth.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in operations, strategy, project management, or growth marketing within a high‑growth tech environment.
• Proven ability to navigate large, global matrix organizations and drive alignment.
• Self‑starter with strong entrepreneurial spirit and a drive for results.
