Project CRM Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Project CRM Coordinator to join our fully remote team. In this entry‑level position you will support CRM‑related projects, manage customer data, and coordinate activities across sales, marketing, and customer success teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing CRM projects and initiatives.
• Maintain and update customer and project data within CRM platforms.
• Collect, validate, clean, and ensure the quality of CRM data.
• Coordinate tasks, timelines, and deliverables across cross‑functional teams.
• Support system updates, workflow optimisation, and user‑acceptance testing.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for stakeholders.
• Document CRM workflows, data standards, and project requirements.

Required profile

• 0–3+ years of experience in CRM coordination, project coordination, data management or related fields (including internships).
• Basic understanding of CRM systems and customer data management.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Fluent English and legal right to work full‑time in Germany.
• Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with distributed teams.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic reporting or data‑visualisation tools.
