Project Lead – Strategy Consulting

About the role

As a Project Lead in Strategy Consulting you will join BASF's global management consultancy, working on high‑impact strategic projects across the company. You will collaborate with senior executives and cross‑functional teams to shape the future of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex strategy consulting projects from initiation to delivery.
• Identify improvement opportunities and provide data‑driven recommendations to management.
• Communicate findings and proposals clearly to all stakeholders.
• Support projects in Innovation & Growth, Marketing & Sales, Organizational Excellence, and Post‑Merger Integration/Carve‑Out.
• Maintain close interaction with BASF executives worldwide.

Required profile

• 3‑7 years of experience in strategic consulting or a global strategy consulting firm.
• Proven expertise in project management and consulting methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.
• Strong client‑facing attitude, inclusive mindset, and reliable teamwork.
• International work experience is advantageous.
