Project Management Office – Digital Governance & Excellence

About the role

As a member of the Digital Governance & Excellence team, you will support the digital transformation of Siemens Energy’s manufacturing networks. You will work in the Process Digitalisation department, coordinating and reporting on cutting‑edge digital projects that drive the energy transition.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate across digitalisation initiatives from initiation through planning, execution and closure.
• Prepare high‑quality management presentations and reports on key objectives, project status, financial data and performance metrics for senior leadership.
• Consolidate data from multiple projects to provide clear insights and support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, engineering or a related field.
• Professional experience working in a Project Management Office (PMO).
• Strong communication, collaboration and presentation abilities.
• Proven project‑management experience, preferably in an industrial or digital environment.
• Experience in multinational teams and fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
