Project Manager (Bilingual French and English)

About the role

Gallup is seeking a bilingual Project Manager to lead complex client engagements and act as a trusted adviser. You will create structure, drive momentum, and build strong relationships while delivering exceptional outcomes for ambitious client goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage delivery structures that ensure clarity, accountability, and predictable results across complex engagements.
• Develop integrated project plans, coordinate resources, and manage dependencies, milestones, and timelines throughout the project lifecycle.
• Own client accounts, balancing delivery excellence with strategic advisory and account growth responsibilities.
• Establish governance processes, decision‑making frameworks, and communication plans to align stakeholders.
• Monitor project health, scope, budget, and commercial considerations while proactively mitigating risks.
• Orchestrate collaboration across consulting, research, and operational teams to maintain execution momentum.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders, fostering confidence and alignment throughout delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (required).
• Minimum four years of experience in project management, client management, consulting, or professional services.
• Professional fluency in both French and English.
• Experience in client‑facing roles; experience supporting account growth or business development is a plus.

Required skills

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent.
• PRINCE2 certification or comparable project‑management qualification.
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity.
