Project Manager – Building Services Engineering

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects within the building services engineering sector. You will work closely with architects, specialist planners, subcontractors, and clients to deliver high‑quality plant construction projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate building services engineering projects from concept to completion.
• Develop, review, and finalize technical concepts, plans, and tender documents.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and overall progress, ensuring adherence to standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, specialist planners, subcontractors, and clients to achieve project goals.
• Support bid preparation, cost calculations, and quality assurance activities.

Required profile

• Completed degree or master craftsman qualification in building services or electrical engineering.
• Minimum two years of project management experience in building services plant construction.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑trade projects and negotiate effectively.
• Independent work style with strong communication and teamwork skills.
