Project Manager – COEM

About the role

AUMOVIO is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Class S automotive projects. You will act as the primary interface with customers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact point for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, adopting appropriate project‑management methods.
• Control project budgets, schedules, and quality metrics, preparing reports for reviews and milestones.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across international locations.
• Define product and process specifications based on customer requirements, legal regulations, and functional needs.
• Set and monitor quality objectives such as ppm and process capability.
• Ensure qualified resources are available and provide necessary training.
• Handle customer complaints promptly, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Guarantee that product and process designs meet all customer and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive or a comparable industry.
• Proven experience as a sub‑project leader on at least one sizable project.
• Strong international experience and ability to work with diverse cultures.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi‑year projects.
