Project Manager – Data Centre & Hyperscale

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of hyperscale and data centre projects across Germany and the wider EMEA region. The role is client‑facing and covers the full project lifecycle from design through implementation, handover and close‑out.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple data centre and hyperscale infrastructure projects across EMEA.
• Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, P&L and produce monthly financial and progress reports.
• Coordinate planning, scheduling, resources and supply‑chain activities.
• Oversee subcontractors, suppliers and delivery teams to ensure safe, on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Maintain project documentation, handover packs and warranty processes.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, quality and health & safety requirements.
• Provide leadership to site managers, supervisors and project teams and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven project‑management experience in structured cabling, telecommunications infrastructure or data centre environments.
• Successful delivery of large‑scale data centre or hyperscale projects.
• Strong client‑facing and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Commercial experience managing budgets, forecasts and financial reporting.
• Leadership and people‑management skills, with ability to coordinate multiple workstreams.
• CSCS (or equivalent) certification and willingness to travel across Germany and EMEA.
