Project Manager – Digital Transformation in Healthcare

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Project Manager to join a fast‑growing, private‑equity backed healthcare organisation in North Rhine‑Westphalia, Germany. Reporting directly to C‑level leadership, you will drive strategic, high‑impact initiatives that accelerate digital transformation, improve processes and enhance operational performance across clinical, operational and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end strategic projects from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Drive digital transformation and process optimisation initiatives, analysing current workflows and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops, engage stakeholders across multiple departments and maintain clear communication throughout project lifecycles.
• Coordinate cross‑functional project teams, supporting the implementation of new systems, tools and ways of working.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with internal and external partners to ensure project success.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Health Economics, Public Health or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in project management or management consulting.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a structured, autonomous work style.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluency in German (native or full professional proficiency).
