Project Manager – International Patient Recruitment

About the role

As a Project Manager you will lead international patient recruitment and clinical trial projects from initiation through delivery. You will work closely with clients and cross‑functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee patient recruitment projects across 30+ countries, ensuring quality, scope adherence and timely delivery.
• Implement and continuously improve operational processes, resource management and compliance.
• Develop strategies for patient recruitment, risk mitigation and innovative solutions.
• Serve as primary client contact, managing stakeholder expectations through clear communication.
• Manage portfolio and project management processes to enhance efficiency and profitability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Clinical Research or related field.
• Proven experience in project management within healthcare, clinical trials or related sectors.
• Track record of developing business processes and operational management.
• Professional project management certification (e.g., Prince2, IPMA) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English and preferably an additional language.
