Project Manager – International Technical Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, international projects in a highly technical environment. You will own projects from concept through execution, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across multiple countries to ensure high‑quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional project teams across several locations.
• Manage projects end‑to‑end, from requirements gathering to implementation.
• Oversee timelines, budgets, risk, and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary contact between customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Translate technical requirements into clear, structured plans and track progress.
• Support technical reviews, manufacturing coordination, and site‑related activities.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Solid experience in project management within a technical or industrial setting.
• Good understanding of mechanical or electrical systems.
• Comfortable working in international environments.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (German is a plus but not required).
