Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead complex national and international projects within our Project Management Office (PMO). The role involves driving project acquisition, tender management, and supporting innovation processes across construction and mining sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale national and international projects.
• Contribute to the integration and further development of project control mechanisms.
• Manage project acquisition and tender processes (both national and international).
• Actively support innovation initiatives within the organization.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Engineering (Civil Engineering, Geotechnics, Mining or related fields).
• Several years of professional experience in construction, mining or a similar industry.
• Proven track record of leading interdisciplinary, large‑scale projects.
• Strong communication skills in English and a collaborative, customer‑focused attitude.
