Project Manager

About the role

Buddywise is looking for a Project Manager to lead the global deployment of its AI‑native workplace safety platform. You will own the end‑to‑end rollout of large‑scale computer‑vision and AI solutions across complex industrial and construction sites, ensuring each installation runs smoothly and safely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute deployment roadmaps that scale from single‑site pilots to hundreds or thousands of locations.
• Coordinate closely with product, engineering and customer‑success teams to align software releases with on‑site hardware realities.
• Manage hardware procurement, vendor negotiations and the setup of power, internet and edge‑computing infrastructure.
• Work hands‑on with client teams during installations, providing guidance and troubleshooting on the ground.
• Create scalable training materials and documentation to empower frontline users.
• Lead stakeholder communication, project governance and progress reporting for internal and external parties.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large, technical deployments in industrial or construction environments.
• Strong ability to translate product roadmaps into practical, on‑site execution plans.
• Excellent stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills.
