Project Manager – New Product Development

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project Manager to lead the development of new products that support safe living spaces worldwide. Based at our Stockach site, you will own the full product lifecycle, from concept through launch, ensuring that projects meet scope, timing, budget, and quality expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of new product development and lifecycle management.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives across engineering, product, and business teams.
• Drive projects from concept to launch, supporting portfolio optimisation and evaluation coordination.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality with a hands‑on mindset.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, handle changes, and reprioritise in a fast‑moving environment.
• Communicate progress clearly to keep all stakeholders aligned and motivated.

Required profile

• Degree in engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading development projects in dynamic environments.
• IPMA Level C certification or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills in German and English.
• Natural leadership energy and a solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with modern project‑management approaches (agile, hybrid or classic).
