Project Manager – Physical Security Implementation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our European Physical Security Implementation team. You will own the end‑to‑end delivery of security installations and upgrades across multiple sites, working closely with internal stakeholders, vendors and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and control physical security projects from site surveys through commissioning across Europe.
• Define project scope, develop implementation plans and manage budgets, timelines and risk registers.
• Coordinate vendors, contractors and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of construction, installation and system integration activities.
• Produce regular performance reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with regional stakeholders and drive continuous improvement of project delivery processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in physical security, construction or facilities.
• Strong knowledge of security systems such as CCTV, access control, intrusion detection and perimeter protection.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Willingness to travel 30‑40 % across Europe.
