Project Manager – PMO (National & International)

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead complex national and international projects within our Project Management Office (PMO). The role involves overseeing project acquisition, tender management and supporting innovation processes across construction and mining sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale, interdisciplinary projects from inception to delivery.
• Manage project acquisition and tender processes on national and international levels.
• Integrate and develop project control tools and methodologies.
• Support innovation initiatives and digital transformation within the PMO.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering (Civil Engineering, Geotechnics, Mining or related).
• Several years of professional experience in construction, mining or similar engineering environments.
• Proven track record of leading interdisciplinary, large‑scale projects.
• Strong communication skills in English and a collaborative, customer‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using MS Project.
• Familiarity with Arriba or comparable project control applications.
