Project Manager – PMO (National & International)

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead complex national and international projects within our Project Management Office (PMO). The role involves integrating and further developing project control, managing project acquisition and tender processes, and actively supporting innovation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver large‑scale national and international projects.
• Integrate and enhance project control mechanisms.
• Manage project acquisition and tender management activities.
• Support and drive innovation processes within the PMO.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering (Civil Engineering, Geotechnics, Mining or related field).
• Several years of professional experience in construction, mining or a similar sector.
• Proven track record of leading interdisciplinary, large‑scale projects.
• Strong communication skills in English and a collaborative mindset.
