Project Manager – Root Cause Analysis

About the role

Join the Gas Services Operational Excellence team as a Project Manager focused on Root Cause Analysis (RCA). You will lead cross‑functional investigations to identify and resolve technical challenges in our gas turbine fleet, applying structured problem‑solving methods.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and drive RCA investigations on schedule, ensuring a holistic view of technical issues.
• Apply structured methodologies such as Kepner‑Tregoe, Apollo and Fishbone analysis to identify, analyze and validate root causes.
• Facilitate workshops and RCA sessions, fostering effective collaboration among international teams.
• Document findings, create project plans and communicate status and results to stakeholders and customers.
• Mentor and coach colleagues, contributing to the growth of the RCA resource pool.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• High ownership and proactive drive to lead end‑to‑end RCA processes.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical capabilities and project‑management skills.
• Ability to engage, facilitate and align cross‑functional teams.
• Continuous‑learning mindset with strong coaching abilities.
