Project Manager – Wind Turbine Installation

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead wind turbine installation projects, ensuring safe, timely, and budget‑compliant execution. You will coordinate internal and external partners throughout all project phases and act as the primary contact for clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead wind turbine installation projects from planning to hand‑over.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners across all project phases.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Oversee project costing, financial control, reporting, and key performance indicators.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification.
• Practical experience in project management for construction or infrastructure projects.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in an international environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively while demonstrating assertiveness.
• Structured, reliable, and quality‑oriented approach to work.
