Project Manager – Wind Turbine Installation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead wind turbine installation projects. You will be responsible for delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget while coordinating internal and external partners throughout all phases.

Key responsibilities

• Lead wind turbine installation projects from initiation to close‑out.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers across all project stages.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety and environmental (HSE) standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Oversee project costing, financial control, reporting and key performance indicators.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or an equivalent qualification.
• Practical experience in project management for construction or infrastructure projects.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities in an international environment.
• Collaborative yet assertive team player with a structured, reliable and quality‑oriented work approach.
