Property Project Manager – Real Estate Acquisition, Development & Renovation

About the role

We are looking for a highly organised Property Project Manager to lead acquisition, renovation and ongoing management of our corporate and private real‑estate portfolio. The role covers projects in Bremen as well as international locations such as Singapore, Italy and Switzerland, reporting to the Senior Manager, Development & Construction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor real‑estate development and renovation projects from acquisition through to completion.
• Identify and negotiate with contractors, architects and suppliers, tracking milestones, deliverables and budgets across multiple jurisdictions.
• Act as the central liaison between the company, authorities, consultants and service providers.
• Prepare preliminary budgets, support internal approval processes and control expenditures, including variations and invoices.
• Organise condition assessments, compile photo/video documentation and maintain digital records of property status.
• Conduct market and regulatory research to inform project feasibility and procurement decisions.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with proven experience in managing complex, multi‑site real‑estate projects.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously across different cultures and time zones.
• Fluency in German and English is mandatory; additional languages such as Russian are a plus.
• Willingness to travel for on‑site visits when project complexity requires it.
