QA Test Engineer – RegTech Solutions

About the role

Join a leading global RegTech company developing cutting‑edge compliance and automation solutions. As a QA Test Engineer you will ensure the quality of our AML, KYC and anti‑fraud products through both manual and automated testing.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute and maintain manual test cases across the RegTech product suite.
• Build and extend automated test coverage, shifting from manual to automated testing where valuable.
• Investigate, reproduce and document defects, collaborating closely with developers to achieve resolution.
• Validate functional and non‑functional requirements for each release.
• Contribute to QA strategy, tooling choices and continuous improvement of testing practices.
• Partner with product management and engineering throughout the development lifecycle, from refinement to release.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 3‑5 years of professional experience in software quality assurance or testing.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to investigate complex issues and identify root causes.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
