Qualified Person (QP) – Full-time

About the role

Acino, a pharmaceutical company founded in 1836 and part of Arcera, is looking for a full-time Qualified Person based in Munich. As QP you certify and release batches of medicinal products in line with GMP and marketing authorisation requirements, while keeping regulatory compliance, quality oversight and supply chain integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Certify that each batch of medical product is manufactured and tested in accordance with marketing authorisation requirements, GMP and applicable regulations.
• Oversee batch release activities, making sure all deviations and CAPAs are properly investigated and documented.
• Maintain oversight of the supply chain to prevent distribution of non-compliant or falsified medicines.
• Ensure third-party manufacturers and suppliers comply with GMP standards.
• Keep up to date with legal requirements and technical standards.
• Contribute in a team of quality professionals.

Required profile

• University degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry or a related life science field.
• Recognised QP status and a valid authorisation from the relevant health authorities.
• Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry and in pharmacovigilance (GVP).
• Fluent German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards.

Required skills

• Strong computer literacy.
• Familiarity with digital QMS and LIMS platforms.
