Qualified Person (QP) – Pharmaceutical Industry

About the role

We are looking for a Qualified Person (QP) to join our team in the pharmaceutical sector. The role can be based in Heidenheim an der Brenz, Berlin or performed remotely, offering flexible working conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform QP duties in accordance with §14 of the German Medicines Act (AMG).
• Monitor EU GMP status and oversee manufacturing and testing of medicinal products.
• Manage market releases of batches, maintain the release register and prepare annual PQRs.
• Act as the responsible person for narcotics and handle qualification/validation approvals.
• Conduct internal and external audits and serve as contact for authorities and customers.
• Provide advice and support on pharmaceutical and drug law matters.

Required profile

• Completed pharmacy studies and recognized qualification as a QP according to §15 AMG.
• Professional experience in pharmaceutical production or testing.
• Experience as a responsible person for narcotics (preferred).
• Knowledge of veterinary drugs and biopharmaceuticals (optional).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in English and German.

• Familiarity with AMG and AMWHV regulations.
