About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Quality Control employee to join our production team in Ratingen. The successful candidate will support our high‑quality standards for refractory products used by the global steel industry.

Key responsibilities

Transfer and maintain all data in the ICOS system.
Ensure supplier certificates are obtained, archived and up‑to‑date.
Prepare customer certificates as required.
Check raw materials and finished products according to the test plan.
Support the R&D department on assigned tasks.
Perform production control activities.

Required profile

Technical vocational training is desirable but not mandatory.
Good PC user skills, especially Microsoft Office.
Class B driving licence.
Quick comprehension, strong organisational abilities and teamwork orientation.
Independent, systematic and quality‑conscious work style.
Willingness to take on cross‑location tasks.
