Quality Coordinator – Germany

About the role

Join Cencora’s World Courier business as a Quality Coordinator based in Germany. You will support global logistics and storage services by ensuring that all quality standards, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures are consistently applied.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and implement World Courier Quality Assurance Standards and monitor compliance across the organization.
• Coordinate internal and external audits (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, GDP, client audits) and prepare all required documentation.
• Participate in CAPA and complaint processes, report deviations, and track corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver training on quality topics, maintain training matrices and compliance reports.
• Qualify subcontractors and suppliers in collaboration with operational teams.
• Support risk management, change control, and regulatory update communication.
• Maintain calibration, maintenance, and qualification programs and review temperature control reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and regulatory standards in logistics.
• Experience coordinating audits and managing corrective actions.

• Good Distribution Practice (GDP)
• CAPA process management
• SharePoint for document control
• Audit coordination and reporting
