Quality Manager – Automotive Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead plant‑level quality initiatives for a leading automotive manufacturing operation. The role focuses on driving performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all plant quality activities and manage relationships with customers on quality matters.
• Drive continuous‑improvement projects and problem‑solving initiatives across the site.
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and other automotive quality standards.
• Oversee audits, handle customer complaints, implement corrective actions, and monitor key performance indicators.
• Support new product launches and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Develop, mentor, and lead the internal Quality team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Quality Management within automotive manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of automotive quality tools, standards, and high‑volume production environments.
• Hands‑on, operational focus with the ability to engage and motivate teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
