Quality Manager – DIN EN 9100 – Aerospace & Aviation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead and develop the Quality Management System (QMS) at our Bremerhaven facility. Reporting directly to senior management, you will ensure compliance with DIN EN 9100 standards and support our aerospace and aviation operations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise, and manage the QMS in line with DIN EN 9100 requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and document quality processes, aligning them with the quality manual.
• Prepare, execute, and support both internal and external audits.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis and define corrective actions.
• Lead, coach, and develop the quality management team.
• Report on QMS effectiveness and regulatory compliance to senior management.

Required profile

• Technical qualification in electrical, aerospace, aviation engineering or equivalent (e.g., electronics, mechatronics, aircraft electronics).
• Certified Quality Management Representative and auditor for DIN EN 9100.
• Several years of leadership experience in quality management.
• Strong knowledge of aviation law and regulatory compliance.
• Fluent German and good English communication skills.
