Quality Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Manager to lead the implementation and maintenance of our ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and ISO 14001 environmental standards for construction projects in Frankfurt. The role will ensure compliance with client quality requirements, drive continuous improvement, and support the delivery of complex engineering and construction solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, implement and maintain ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001 systems.
• Develop quality plans, manuals, documents and inspection & test plans.
• Train project personnel on QA/QC procedures and ensure client standards are met.
• Coordinate audits, root‑cause analyses and off‑site factory inspections.
• Control documentation, review vendor/sub‑contractor records and ensure certification completeness before handover.
• Attend weekly meetings with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Utilise SAP, Eida, Procore, BIM 360 Field and other software to manage quality activities.

Required profile

• Relevant third‑level or professional qualification in quality management or related field.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent communication, organisational and planning skills.
• High personal ethics, trustworthiness, commitment and empathy.
• Creative and energetic approach to solving quality‑related issues.

Required skills

• ISO 9001:2015 implementation and maintenance.
• ISO 14001 environmental management.
• Proficiency with SAP, Eida, Procore and BIM 360 Field.
• Root cause analysis (RCA) methodology.
