Quality Manager

About the role

EVERLAM is seeking a Quality Manager for its Hamm (Germany) facility. You will lead the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS), ensure ISO 9001 compliance, and support customer satisfaction across production, technology, supply chain and service functions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, develop and improve the site QMS in line with ISO 9001.
• Plan and coordinate internal and external audits, and follow up on findings.
• Manage customer complaints, conduct investigations and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Lead root‑cause investigations using structured problem‑solving methods and monitor the effectiveness of solutions.
• Own product specification sheets and related technical documentation, ensuring they are current and compliant.
• Establish and monitor quality control plans, inspection procedures and acceptance criteria for raw materials.
• Support supplier qualification, monitor supplier performance and initiate improvement plans.
• Drive cross‑functional quality improvement projects to enhance product quality, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in quality management within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and audit processes.
• Ability to lead investigations, implement CAPA and work collaboratively across functions.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, continuous‑improvement mindset.
