Rechtsanwalt / Associate (m/w/d)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing economic law firm focused on the emerging market of Myanmar. You will provide legal and regulatory advice to multinational investors, MNCs, SMEs, international organisations and embassies, helping them minimise risk while achieving their business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal and regulatory advice on structuring investments into Myanmar.
• Review and draft commercial contracts and agreements.
• Assist with transaction‑related matters such as due diligence.
• Deliver timely legal guidance to diverse clients, identifying and mitigating legal risks.
• Conduct legal research and prepare presentations.

Required profile

• Law degree and admission to the bar in your home jurisdiction.
• Professional newcomer or 1–2 years of experience as a lawyer.
• International experience, preferably in Southeast Asia, with a strong interest in Myanmar or the wider Asian region.
• Ability to work independently, showing accountability and initiative under limited supervision.
• Fluent English (oral and written) with excellent communication skills.

• Ability to explain complex legal issues to non‑lawyers.
