About the role

The Recreation Assistant supports patrons in a recreational facility, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment while providing high‑quality customer service and assisting with equipment use and events.

Key responsibilities

• Circulate among patrons to verify service satisfaction and resolve complaints.
• Provide information, safety instructions, and general guidance on equipment, facilities, and machinery.
• Check out equipment, demonstrate new items, and teach classes or instructional sessions.
• Plan, publicize, and coordinate special events, tournaments, and social activities.
• May offer guidance and supervision to other staff members.

Required profile

• Verified experience dealing directly with the general public.
• Ability to meet qualification, eligibility, and background‑check requirements.
• Direct Deposit and Social Security Card are mandatory.
• Willingness to complete a one‑year probationary period.
• Residence within 100 km (60 mi) of Ansbach, Germany.
• Two‑page resume clearly demonstrating relevant experience, skills, and abilities.
