Recruiter – International Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter based in Germany to join an international, collaborative environment. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle and help attract exceptional talent across global markets, working closely with internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer management and onboarding coordination.
• Identify and attract qualified candidates using direct sourcing, headhunting, recruitment platforms and networking across multiple countries.
• Conduct candidate research, maintain strong relationships throughout the recruitment journey, and keep accurate pipelines in the applicant tracking system.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, ensure structured interview processes and provide recruitment guidance or training when needed.
• Support hiring for both technical and non‑technical functions, adapting sourcing strategies to business needs.

Required profile

• 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic international environment.
• Proven track record of full‑cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer coordination.
• Strong knowledge of direct sourcing, headhunting methods and recruitment tools.
• Good understanding of the IT talent market and familiarity with technical terminology.
