Recruiter & Interviewer (Remote, Germany)

About the role

We are looking for a remote Recruiter & Interviewer based in Germany to support a fast‑growing global organisation. You will be the first point of contact for candidates, conducting video interviews and role‑playing assessments to evaluate their fit for a variety of positions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct multiple video interviews each day, delivering a professional and engaging candidate experience.
• Lead structured role‑playing calls and practical assessments to test real‑time communication, problem‑solving and role‑specific skills.
• Analyse each open position to define required skills, experience and behavioural traits.
• Assess candidates for professionalism, growth mindset, interpersonal abilities and cultural alignment.
• Record detailed interview notes, evaluations and feedback in the applicant tracking system.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and refine selection criteria.

Required profile

• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition or candidate assessment, preferably in a fast‑paced or remote setting.
• Strong on‑camera presence and confidence conducting frequent video interviews.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple interviews simultaneously.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently while maintaining punctuality and responsiveness.
• Reliable high‑speed internet, quality webcam and professional microphone.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or similar recruitment software.
