Recruiter (m/f/d) – 1.5 Year Parental Leave Cover

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter/HR Manager to cover a parental‑leave position for 1.5 years. You will join our HR team and support international talent acquisition for a leading automotive radar and sensor technology company.

Key responsibilities

• Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms.
• Screen applications, schedule and conduct interviews (online or on‑site).
• Maintain constant communication with department heads, group managers and the CEO.
• Provide day‑to‑day HR administration support and answer employee inquiries.
• Develop targeted recruiting strategies for social‑media channels.

Required profile

• Studies in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a comparable qualification.
• Proven experience in recruitment and applicant processes, preferably with employer branding.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Very good German and strong English language skills.
