Regional Construction Manager

About the role

The Regional Construction Manager will lead the planning, organization and budgeting of all construction and maintenance activities within the assigned region. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will ensure that projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop construction strategies and detailed execution schedules during the engineering phase.
• Coordinate with clients, project management and internal services to define reporting procedures.
• Review construction drawings and specifications for constructability and propose efficient erection methods.
• Define site organization, staffing requirements and oversee subcontractor performance.
• Ensure safe and environmentally acceptable construction methods, supporting shutdowns, relocations and tie‑ins.
• Participate in labor studies, manpower sourcing and industrial relations planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing large‑scale construction projects in mining, energy or infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and motivate construction specialists.
• Excellent communication skills for client and stakeholder interaction.
