Regional Financial Controller (m/f/d)

About the role

CSA Group is seeking a strategic and hands‑on Regional Financial Controller to lead and optimise the finance function across the region. You will be responsible for accounting systems, reporting, business planning, treasury, and support for M&A activities, ensuring financial excellence and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain efficient, cost‑effective accounting systems, policies and procedures aligned with regional and corporate standards.
• Ensure accurate implementation of accounting treatments and corporate financial policies.
• Identify and lead continuous‑improvement initiatives across financial and accounting processes.
• Develop the finance team, enforce strong internal controls and segregation of duties.
• Lead monthly budget‑to‑actual reporting, DSO performance and statutory reporting.
• Support pre‑ and post‑acquisition processes for regional M&A targets.
• Prepare financial analyses for acquisitions, capital projects and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate interim and year‑end external audits and consolidate regional results.

Required profile

• Significant experience in regional finance leadership, preferably within a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards, statutory reporting and internal control frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Experience supporting M&A transactions and treasury activities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to partner with operational leaders.
