Regional HR Business Partner – Europe & LATAM

About the role

The Regional HR Business Partner (HRBP) for Europe and LATAM will lead and manage the Human Resources function across multiple countries. This senior position drives recruitment, learning, performance, and organizational design while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the HR budget for the European and LATAM region, monitoring expenditures and optimizing ROI.
• Oversee talent acquisition, ensuring a consistent candidate experience and leveraging market trends to improve hiring practices.
• Design, deliver, and evaluate training and development programs to build leadership capabilities.
• Lead performance management processes, partnering with managers to set expectations, conduct reviews, and identify high‑potential talent.
• Ensure HR policies comply with local, regional, and international regulations and manage employee‑relations cases within legal frameworks.
• Drive organizational change initiatives, including structure reviews, role design, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives, analyzing feedback and implementing cost‑effective recognition programs.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
• Proven experience in a multi‑country environment with strong knowledge of European and LATAM labor laws.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
