Regional Human Resources Manager – EMEA

About the role

The Regional Human Resources Manager leads the HR function across the EMEA region, acting as the bridge between LMI’s global culture and local practices. Reporting to the Director of HR at headquarters, the role partners with regional leaders and contributes to the EMEA Regional Management Team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee localization and administration of regional benefits, compensation, and healthcare plans in line with global structures.
• Manage talent pipeline development, full‑cycle recruitment and localized onboarding with support from the HQ recruitment team.
• Drive employee experience programs, including performance management, career pathing, training initiatives and off‑boarding.
• Ensure consistent application of LMI’s global HR policies, processes and tools throughout the region.
• Provide strategic HR partnership to regional leaders on organizational design, people planning and talent development.
• Represent HR perspectives on the Regional Management Team and support strong workplace culture.
• Partner on regional M&A activities, handling HR due diligence, talent assessment and post‑merger integration.
• Champion DEI initiatives and stay current with regional employment legislation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR management within a multinational or regional context.
• Experience guiding leaders through organizational design, talent development and M&A integration.
• Strong knowledge of EMEA employment laws, benefits and compensation practices.
• Ability to act as a strategic partner and influence senior leadership.
