Regional Key Account Manager – German Market

About the role

Join the No.1 protein snack manufacturer worldwide as a Regional Key Account Manager for the German market. Based in Dusseldorf, you will work in a hybrid model, collaborating closely with the Group KAM for EDEKA and driving growth for the Jack Link’s® and BiFi® brands.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute business opportunities to achieve profitable sales growth, market share, and volume targets.
• Launch and promote product lines for Jack Link’s® and BiFi® across the EDEKA retail channel, both nationally and regionally.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with key contacts within the EDEKA network, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Coordinate with Field Force to implement sales strategies at point‑of‑sale.
• Work closely with Operations, Finance, Trade‑Marketing, Logistics, Category Management and Customer Service to meet financial and commercial objectives.
• Contribute to business planning using a category‑based approach.

Required profile

• Proven experience in key account management or sales within the consumer goods or food sector.
• Strong understanding of the German retail landscape, especially large grocery chains.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence internal stakeholders.
